CAFETERIA: On the Menu: Chili & Small Wrap or Mac & Cheese

REACH FOR THE TOP: The KVHS Reach for the Top were in Ottawa on the weekend, to participate in an event at Lisgar Collegiate Institute.  In a field that was extremely competitive and included the winners of 5 of the last 8 National Championships,  KV's "A" team finished 5^th in the Senior division while the "B" team finished 7^th in the Junior Division. Congrats to all players on a great performance against some of the best teams in Canada!

Today at lunch seniors will practice with Mr. Thorne, grade 10's with Ms. Smith and grade 9's with M. Brideau.

TABLETOP ALLIANCE: Today is chess club in Room #246.

RACIAL EQUITY COMMITTEE: will meet in Ms. Iwata’s Room # 130.  Our vision is to promote anti-racism and inclusion.  New members are always welcome.

PHILOSOPHY: Will meet today in Room #119.

RENAISSANCE: Is doing its annual Sock drive until Wednesday, Feb. 28th.  Advisories are asked to bring in socks which will be donated to local shelters.  Each pair of socks is 1 point.  We are also collecting mugs and coffee which are bonus items.   Mugs are 5 points each and coffee is 10 points each.  Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 advisories!

BASKETBALL: Jr. Boys, Jr Girls and Sr. Girls please return your jerseys by March 1.

VOLLEYBALL: Come on out to watch to KVHS and RHS face off on the volleyball court @ 6pm and 8pm tomorrow evening!

The Girls Junior Varsity volleyball practice is cancelled today.

HEY KV: KVHS will participate in Pink Shirt Day on Wednesday, February 28^th for anti-bullying and kindness. So come decked out in your pink and bring extra kindness!
